Hot hot heat in India India Indy

It is hot here. Hot and humid.

Anyways got in around 1:30 last night and didn't have felix's addy and # handy for the immigration so they wouldn't let me through or give me access to the internet of phone. Eventually they relented and let me write the name of a random hotel and phone number. I honestly don't see how that's more effective.

Felix met me at the airport, i saw him from behind the window and did a fist pump in the air. some random guys did it back at me. india kinda rules like that.

We took the pretty long drive back to the school and saw lots of cows. i mean lots of cows. You think they'd be asleep at 3 am but i guess when you got 4 stomachs eating is an all time job. ones carrying the carts have pretty sweet painted horns too!

The school is cool, the room was pretty awesomely hot and I don't think I slept a wink. pretty much just waited till the sun came up so I could go read. We had breakfast with the kids in the school which was super rad. The food was great and the kids are hilarious. This one kept trying to tickle me and hold my hand. personal boundaries in india are clearly pretty different. Breakfast was this rice mash with some sort of curry. pretty damn tasty.

lets see what the day brings and if i get used to it to the point that i can stop sweating just sitting... in the shade
