Lesson 1

Apparently you're supposed to take the malaria medication with food. I didn't know that and have been feeling awesomely nauseous for the last half hour. I'm still at home too...

    yea it's a diff med, the one i'm using now is like used for acne medication and stuff and won't make you go crazy

    the travel doctor had stories of people breaking their hands from punching hte wall in their sleep and waking up with guns and knives drawn on roomates

    i had to take malaria medication too, back when i went to kenya, and it got me slightly queasy everytime i took it, but not to the point of nausea.

    i dunno which medication you took, but the doctor told me to take the medication a week before going into and a week after coming out of the afflicted country. i sincerely hope you won't have to do the same.
